Children entering grades 5 thru 9. This class is designed for young artists who are ready to create forms with clay. Three-dimensional form will be taught as well as low relief sculpture. Various finishing techniques will be explored ranging from staining to glazing. We will have individual projects and creative group endeavors. Students are encouraged to bring a shirt as a protective covering from our clay adventures. There will be a $15.00 lab fee collected at the beginning of class for all clay and glazes.
