DEADLINE TO REGISTER: 9/8/20. 10 week program. Ages 18+. With its integrative approach that strengthens the body while focusing the mind, Tai Chi addresses a range of physical and mental health issues including bone strength, joint stability, cardiovascular health, immunity, and emotional well-being. Tai Chi is especially useful for improving balance and preventing falls a major concern for older adults. Instruction includes: gentle stretching, circular warm-ups, Eight Section Brocade Qigong, Five Element Theory Qigong, Tai Chi traditional training in the Yang Classical Style.
Deadline to register is one week before class start date: Tuesday, September 8th. Virtual classes will be held LIVE. Detailed information will be shared with you by email. Virtual class dates: 9/15/20 to 11/17/20. Class time: 6pm - 7pm.
