Reiki is a powerful form of energy healing used to reduce stress, improve health and quality of life, and support physical and emotional healing. It activates the nervous system to heal body and mind by way of the relaxation response. Reiki is accessible to everyone and is easy to learn. Practitioners use specific hand positions, held for a few minutes near or on the client’s clothed body.
After receiving the Reiki 1 certificate, participants will be able to perform self-treatments and provide treatments for others. Reiki providers do not practice it professionally until they have received the second degree.
