CAMP REGISTRATION: GIRLS FIELD HOCKEY CAMP - JUNE 24 thru JUNE 27, 2019.
Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. (Free extended care for parents who need it - students can be dropped off at 8am and picked up at 5pm.)
Arcola Intermediate School Fields and Gyms.
Instructor: Sarah Quintos, and other members of coaching staff and high school players.
Field Hockey camp for girls entering 1st through 8th grades. Come join us for the 4th annual field hockey camp at Arcola Intermediate School. The camp will be divided in groups for elementary and middle school players. Players will be placed with girls from their school and requests for placements will also be taken. The focus of the camp will be skill development, small side games, tactical drills, game play and of course fun! This camp is for all level players from beginner to advanced. Each camper will receive a camp tank top, a raffle prize and a camp picture. Snacks and drinks will be for sale at camp. Coaching staff will include Head Coach Sarah Quintois, members of the Methacton coaching staff, current MHS players.
PLEASE NOTE: Players will need a stick, shin guards, mouthguard, goggles (optional but encouraged for elementary age players). There is a limited amount of equipment to borrow. Please inquire to Coach Quintois at squintois@methacton.org. Players will also need to bring their own lunch, snack and water bottle. There will be snacks and drinks for sale during camp. There will be a supervised lunch break at 12:00. This camp will take place rain or shine as we have use of the gyms if needed.
