Cost: $120 for all 10 weeks

Max. 25 students per class

Class time: 6:30-7:30pm



The focus of this class is on gentle stretching and stress release. The class will include simple breathing exercises and yoga postures. It is appropriate for all levels, including those who are new to yoga. Students will need a yoga mat. Yoga blocks are optional.
